Man Fatally Shot Outside Juniata Bar
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police are interviewing a person of interest in a fatal shooting outside a Northeast Philadelphia bar early Friday morning.
The deadly shooting happened at about 2:30 a.m. outside the Family Tavern on E. Luzerne Street in the city's Juniata neighborhood.
According to investigators, an argument that may have started inside the bar spilled outside. Once outside, two males reportedly began exchanging gunfire.
One male was struck and was rushed to Temple University Hospital in extremely critical condition, but he was later pronounced dead.
A person of interest is in police custody and is being interviewed by detectives.
The deadly shooting remains under police investigation.
