Blizzard Babies Born

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Back in February, the Delaware Valley got socked with unbelievable amounts of snow.  Now, in November, area hospitals are seeing a baby boom.

Is it just our imaginations or are we really seeing a population spike?

If you really want to know what's going on, ask a labor and delivery nurse like Michelle Cassasano, who will tell you like it is:

"It's been so crazy busy, anywhere from 10 to 20 deliveries a day -- and that's just in 12 hours."

Durham:  "How can you possibly keep up?"

Cassasano:  "You just do it! (laughs) Babies come when babies come, and that's it. There's no stopping them!"

Sheila Whiting and Yuma Dupont (above, holding the new arrival) are getting ready to deliver their third child via Caesarean section:

"I never would have thought I'd be on my third, but it's a blessing.  I'm happy!"

And then the moment arrived.  Happy birthday, Saleem! You will have plenty of friends your own age to play with.
