Santa Makes A Surprise Visit To Center City
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Santa Claus came to town.
He rode the Market Frankford El from the North Pole to the Gallery at Market East. It's not the holiday time until you see Santa and he came to town on a SEPTA subway.
The elves followed him into the Gallery at Market East and the kids were certainly excited to see him:
"Santa came with his orchestra and we started to sing songs and after that we counted down the season."
"5-4-3-2-1! BOOM!"
"As soon as we were finished, there was a cannon and it shot out confetti!"
But Santa couldn't stay long, "I have to go back to the North Pole and finish off my work. You guys have fun. Ho ho ho ho ho!"
