If you share your heart and your home with a Pit Bull or a Pit Bull mix, PAWS can save you a lot of money. The Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) now offers spaying and neutering at a reduced cost of only $40 to Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes.

PAWS efforts are aimed at celebrating and serving Philadelphia’s Pit Bull population, the dogs most vulnerable to neglect and over-breeding. In doing so, they’re promoting a lifetime of health, companionship, and responsible pet ownership, as well as reducing the number of stray and unwanted homeless dogs sadly living on the streets and tragically dying in shelters.

If you’re looking to adopt, check out the many loveable dogs for adoptions at one of their upcoming events. This Sunday, PAWS will host a Dog Wash along with Dog Adoptions at Whole Foods Market at The Fairway in Jenkintown, PA from 10am to 2pm.
