Report: Dario Saric To Sign With Sixers This Weekend

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- According to a report from international basketball reporter David Pick, the Sixers will sign Dario Saric this upcoming weekend.

The 2014 NBA Draft first round pick has been playing professionally in Turkey since then and has become somewhat of an enigmatic symbol of the Sixers' rebuild.

Recent reports have indicated that Saric does intend to play for the Sixers next season, despite speculation that he stands to earn more money if he opts to wait until the following season to come over.

Saric, like Sixers top pick Ben Simmons, is regarded as a skilled ball-handler and a point forward. He has improved his shooting ability since being drafted and will be one of four first round talents joining the Sixers this season with Simmons, Joel Embiid and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot.

The Croatian big man, 22, is 6'10" and if he does come over, he will join a crowded Sixers front-court with Simmons, Embiid, Nerlens Noel and Jahlil Okafor as the headliners.
