Court Clears Way For Wildwood Charity Concert
WILDWOOD, N.J. (CBS) - A New Jersey Superior Court judge has cleared the way for a two-day charity concert on the Wildwood beach next month, despite concerns voiced by the people at Morey's Piers over the entertainment planned for the event.
Attorneys for The Morey Organization cited a 2014 concert hosted by BeachGlow Concerts for Charity that prompted several complaints about profanities from the stage.

Judge Nelson Johnson, in his ruling, expects promoters to live up to a promise to cut off the microphones of anyone violating contract provisions banning profane performances during the July 8th-9th event.
But the judge says the city of Wildwood was free to grant permits for the event, despite promises made to Morey's not to allow Electronic Dance Music concerts for three years.
