PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Reading Terminal Market is bringing back a favorite summertime event!
Bassett's Ice Cream is one of the many vendors who will be participating in the market's "Sidewalk Sizzle and Ice Cream Freeze" on Saturday, July 13th, in which vendors will be grilling out on Filbert Street.
Organizer Michael Strange (top photo), president of Bassett's, says his company will be selling ice cream sliders.
"An ice cream slider is just like a little mini-hamburger," he explains, "only instead of a hamburger bun we're using donuts from Beiler's Donuts. And instead of cheese we're going to be using a thin slice of white chocolate from Mueller's Chocolates. And for the patty we'll be using our own chocolate ice cream!"

"Dining Days is a great way to explore University City, both culinarily and our cultural attractions, our shopping, just getting a sense and a feel of the vibe over here, which we think is really unique," Klein tells What's Cooking.
