By Dan Wing

HATFIELD, Pa. (CBS) -- Hatfield Township Police have identified a third suspect wanted for an assault and robbery on Sunday in which a man was tased, beaten and robbed as he took a test ride in a car he was going to buy.

Police say 19-year-old Richard Lee Stroud, of North 43rd Street in Philadelphia, was the third suspect in the car during Sunday's attack and robbery. The victim called police after being robbed of whatever cash he had on him and left on the side of the Bethlehem Pike (see previous story).

A man and a woman were arrested Sunday night when police spotted the pair in the same vehicle that the victim reported being attacked in. They were jailed on cash bail.

Authorities say an active warrant has been issued for Stroud, and anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Hatfield Township Police.
