PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Gianna is a spark plug. This nine-year-old is quick with a story, a joke, and even a song:
(Gianna, singing:) “Somewhere, over the rainbow, way up high…”
With interest in math and computers, this girl has a bright future — maybe even a career in show business.
“I want to be Selena Gomez, by the way,” she says.
She’d love a permanent family with lots of siblings — maybe even a brother.
Gloria Hochman of the National Adoption Center, based in Philadelphia, says Gianna’s energy and personality will fit right in with a big family:
“She loves to sing, she loves to cut up, she loves to make jokes, she’s very pretty. And a family who wants a terrific nine-year-old would be very happy with Gianna.”
For more information about adopting Gianna or any other child, go to the National Adoption Center’s web site, www.adopt.org, or call 215-735-9988.
