Head to the Brandywine River Museum on Saturday, June 21st to celebrate the first day of summer by having your little ones make a fanciful fairy house for your garden! The Independence Seaport Museums hosts Pups at Sea, a dog-friendly event on Saturday, June 21st starting at 11 a.m. in partnership with Street Tails Animal Rescue (STAR) and For the Love of Dog. Bring the pooch and enjoy a day of canine friendly activity aboard the Olympia's Weather Deck including a puppy kissing booth, old time dog photo booth, STAR dog adoption, a nautical themed dog costume contest and lots more. All proceeds raised will help support the Olympia and STAR. $15. Museum admission not included. Dogs must be leashed at all time.

The Barnes Foundation celebrates summer with Water Wonders this Saturday, June 21st from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. and Sunday, June 22nd from 1-3 p.m. as part of their family ARTSee series. The whole family can get in on the water fun by sketching a seascape, composing a beach bag, and making models of underwater creatures from the sea. Free. (Free drop-in tickets at the front desk.
