Located just outside Northeast Philadelphia in Bensalem, La Luna offers a variety of dance options. Along with salsa and street Latin, Zumba, Argentine tango and swing, there are also two different styles of ballroom dancing taught. The Social Ballroom program is taught according to the American Style syllabus and considered more social, with less emphasis on competition and technique. These classes are available as private lessons and group sessions for all levels of experience. Dancesport competitive dancing follows the International Style syllabus and places a greater emphasis on technique and precision of movement. These classes are only offered as private lessons Sunday through Friday. See the La Luna website for more details on class schedules.
