Karla Lacey is CEO of the Bermuda Hospitality institute, a non-profit organization tasked with ensuring the growth, development and sustainability of Bermudians in the Island’s hospitality industry.    She’s the author of both a cookbook (Karla’s Kitchen Table, For All Seasons) and a children’s storybook (In Search of the Christmas Spirit),  and the founder of Jr. Chef Central, a non-profit culinary program for kids based in Northern California.
