Ed Hourigan’s Recipe-Finalist #5 from Collegeville, PA

Buffalo Wing Chili
The ultimate tailgate treat, wings & chili all in one bowl!

.
Buffalo chicken wing chili
1 lb ground chicken
1 container chopped onion
2 celery stalks chopped
½ chopped red pepper
½ chopped green pepper
½ chopped orange
A few cloves of chopped garlic
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce you might want a little more
1 large can of small white beans

.
Spices to taste, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper
Sauté veggies in Olive oil, add chicken and cook it thru
Add diced tomatoes, wing sauce and beans (drain beans ) add spices and put it in the crock pot for a few hours
