For the second time in less than three days, and for at least the third time since June, someone has been killed on the train tracks of SEPTA’s Warminster Regional Rail line.

Overnight Storms Cause Rough Morning For Philadelphia And Suburban Commuters

The thunderstorms that rumbled through the area overnight threw a wrench into the morning commute by the way of power outages, downed trees, and flooded streets.
