A driver had to be extricated from their vehicle and rushed to the hospital after a single-car crash that brought down wires and shut down a major roadway in Chester County Monday.
The collision occurred around 4:30 Sunday morning near Aramingo Avenue and Cumberland Street in Philadelphia’s Kensington section.
At this time, 620 residents are without power due to the crash.
