Fresh Off Offensive Explosion, Union Look to Tame Rapids

The Philadelphia Union had scored 8 goals all season in MLS play heading into last weekend’s game in Toronto. They nearly doubled that total in 90 minutes, picking up a 6-2 victory. The first tally, scored by midfielder Gabriel Farfan, was the rookie’s first MLS goal and it came a week after his twin brother Michael found the back of the net for the first time with the Union.
