    Delco Authorities Reconstructing Evidence In Near-Fatal July 4th Hit-Run

    Police say pieces of the vehicle were recovered at the scene on North State Road where 28-year-old Thomas Quercetti of Boothwyn was struck and critically injured in the early morning hours of July 4th.

    Authorities in Delaware County are asking for help from the public as they try to track down the driver of a vehicle that struck a 28-year-old man in Springfield Township and left him for dead by the side of the road.
