2 Men Nabbed, Female Sought In Murder of Guatemalan Immigrant in Phoenixville

Authorities say 20-year-old Saleem Williams and 23-year-old Stephen Reidler confessed to police that they were on the prowl for money on September 14th when they spotted 22-year-old Selvin Lopez-Mauricio with a backpack.
