According to officers, the 32-year-old victim was at the Sunoco at 6240 Germantown Avenue on Tuesday, Nov. 4 when he was involved in a verbal altercation with an unknown male.
The shooting happened at the Sunoco on the 6200 block of Germantown Avenue around 3:10 p.m.
Police responded to the scene on the 3900 block of I Street near Luzerne Street around 3:25 p.m. on Tuesday.
The spokesperson said it happened Monday in the parking lot of the Living and Learning Commons.
