Four New Jersey Democrats running for the U.S. Senate seat of the late liberal Democrat Frank Lautenberg are debating for the first time in the abbreviated campaign.
The special election will remain on October 16th now that New Jersey’s top court has refused to take up a legal challenge to the date.
