    Philadelphia Students and Cops Create Holiday Fun For South Philly Tots

    Students of the Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts (“CAPA”) stopped at four daycare centers in South Philadelphia along with “Santa” and his helpers (officers in the 17th Police District) to offer stories and songs.
