Neumann-Goretti Becomes First Boy-Girl Catholic Hoops Champs Since 1968

As a school, Neumann-Goretti entered the exclusive realm of becoming the first dual boy-girl Catholic League basketball champions since Cardinal O’Hara accomplished the feat in 1968—the first in 46 years.

Neumann-Goretti Girls Win First Catholic League Title Since 1978

It marked the first Catholic League girls’ championship for Neumann-Goretti, and first since Neumann merged with St. Maria Goretti, which last one the Catholic League title in 1978.

John Murawski, president of Neumann-Goretti High School, says the new lab is the result of a generous gift by the Class of 1960 of Bishop Neumann High School.

Neumann-Goretti High School Coach Charged With Sexual Assault

Louis Spadaccini, 37, was arraigned on charges early Thursday on sexual assault charges. Earlier this week he was charged after police say he took a 14-year-old student to a hotel room and got him intoxicated.
