New Elevators Dedicated at City Hall’s Dilworth Park

Dilworth Park, which recently replaced the old Dilworth Plaza on the west apron of Philadelphia City Hall, is more user-friendly than its predecessor.

Group Demands Wheelchair-Accessible Taxicabs In Philadelphia

Advocates for the disabled are filing a federal lawsuit to force the Philadelphia Parking Authority to provide accessible taxis to people who use wheelchairs.
