A man who stole a police car a during a two-state chase will have to serve more time in prison.
Twenty-five-year-old Blake Bills of Macungie was sentenced Wednesday in Philadelphia to three to 10 years in prison for theft, fleeing a police officer and related charges.
Blake Bills, 25, has pleaded guity and will be sentenced later. His girlfriend, Shayna Sykes, pleaded guilty earlier and was sentenced to 3-8 years in prison.
