A group of people whose job it is to ease the frustrations of area drivers were gathering today at Citizens Bank Park to talk about ways to improve safety and response times on the Delaware Valley’s highways.
Barry Seymour, with the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, says the one-day conference was designed to give helpful information to planners and developers of more than 350 communities around the region.

Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission executive director Barry Seymour says this brings the total number of classic towns in our region to 21.
The plan, called “Eating Here,” is designed to strengthen the food system that feeds the Greater Philadelphia region.
