Good Samaritan Who Found Missing Philadelphia Girl To Be Rewarded $10K

Police say the Good Samaritan, identified as 27-year-old sanitation worker Nelson Mandela Myers, was walking to work around 4:30 a.m. found the girl under the bleachers of an athletic field.
