Resorts Casino Hotel

Resorts Casino Hotel was the Atlantic City's first casino and has withstood many changes through the decades. Recently, the oldest casino came under new ownership and unveiled a roaring 20's theme.

Resorts offers gourmet dining options on its Dining Level. Gallagher's Steakhouse features traditional dry-aged steaks and seafood prepared over their famous open-flame mesquite grill. Capriccio, another of Resorts' restaurants, has been annually rated by Zagat as one of America's top restaurants, and offers gourmet Italian cuisine overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Asian Spice serves delicacies from the Orient, a variety of barbecue selections, combination platters and soups from their noodle bar. The restaurant also has ocean views.

Diners seeking more casual fare can visit Breadsticks Café & Grill, which serves contemporary cuisine 24 hours a day and offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night items, plus a view of the Boardwalk. Guests can also check out The Buffet, which features an international menu, a full array of all-American selections, fresh carved meats and desserts. The Boardwalk Perks coffee shop brews fresh coffees, lattes and cappuccinos and serves deli sandwiches, salads and desserts.

When the sun sets, get ready to shake your groove thing at Boogie Nights, the nonstop 70s and 80s dance party. Open every Friday and Saturday night, the club brings back retro music, styles and pop culture. Boogie Nights also offers Vegas-style weddings and vow renewals available seven days a week.

25 Hours is a casino bar and lounge that celebrates the 'art of the cocktail' and has a European vibe.

The Double Down Lounge is steps away from the casino floor but serves cocktails in a surprisingly private setting with plush couches and plasma TVs. This area is only available to qualified Resorts players.

The 1,350-seat Superstar Theater at Resorts has welcomed headliners like Jerry Seinfeld, Whoopi Goldberg, Tom Jones, Don Rickles, Snoop Dogg, Chris Isaak and Paul Anka. Located on the 13th level of the Ocean Tower, the intimate 300-seat Screening Room features special shows, including the Love Kittens, Thunder From Down Under and Tony Pace.

A popular tourist attraction is Resorts' famed "Entrance of the Stars" (located at the Boardwalk entrance of the hotel), where more than 50 celebrities have had their handprints immortalized, including Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Rodney Dangerfield, Stevie Wonder, Jerry Seinfeld and Bill Cosby.

Inside the spa and fitness center, guests have access to locker rooms with steam and inhalation rooms and saunas, as well as massage therapy services. The on-property Blush Salon offers hair and nail treatments, along with other services.
