Police: SUV Found Flipped Upside Down After Attempted Carjacking Report In Kensington

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia Police are investigating an attempted carjacking in Kensington.
It happened on the 400 block of Somerset Street.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found an SUV flipped upside down.
Officers also found several spent shell casings.
Police are still sorting out the details.
So far, no arrests.
