ROME (CBS) — In his traditional Christmas message at the Vatican, Pope Francis touched on several pressing issues around the world.

The pope took particular aim at areas of tension where President Donald Trump is playing a critical role, including his decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

The pontiff also called for peace around the world, specifically calling out the conflict between North and South Korea.
