Man Charged With DUI Accused Of Crashing Into Parked Cars
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police have identified the suspect accused of crashing into two parked cars while driving under the influence.
Officers arrested 38-year-old Bispo Alvair early Sunday morning in Oxford Circle.
Pennsylvania Woman Jailed After Baby Left Outside Bar
Police say he crashed into two parked cars on the 1400 block of Devereau Avenue, just before 4 a.m. Saturday.
Alvair was charged with DUI and related offenses.
