Fallen NJSP Trooper Posthumously Awarded Degree From Rutgers

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)–The class of 2017 received their diplomas at Rutgers University-Camden tonight.

Rutgers held its commencement ceremony at BB&T Pavilion.

Rutgers-Camden posthumously awarded a master’s degree in criminal justice to New Jersey State Trooper Frankie Williams.

Friend Of Driver Killed In Wrong Way Crash That Killed NJ Trooper Sheds Light On Cause Of Accident

It was accepted by his wife Kimberly.

Williams died in a head-on crash in December.

He was just a few credits shy of completing his degree.
