Crews Rescue Man From Hole In Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)—A man suffered injuries to his leg while he was digging out a hole in Philadelphia.

Chopper 3 was over the 1700 block of North Willington Street on Friday evening as crews work to free the man.

Authorities say the 46-year-old man was digging out a hole at a construction site when the incident occurred.

He was transported to an area hospital for contusions to his left leg. He is currently listed in stable condition.

It's still unknown at this time how the man became stuck.
