Honey Nut Cheerios Putting Out Cereal Boxes Without Famous Bee

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — The makers of Honey Nut Cheerios want us to imagine a world without bees.

General Mills will reportedly put out cereal boxes without the iconic bee on the front.

There is a blank space where the famous bee mascot usually buzzes around.

It’s part of a “Bring Back the Bees” campaign that raises awareness of vanishing bee colonies and how this can impact our food supply.
