Missing 7-Year-Old Boy Found Safe

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police say they have located a missing 7-year-old boy.

Police say Cram Cloud, 7, was last seen leaving the Willard School around 12:30 p.m., walking towards the intersection of Jasper and Orleans Streets.

The boy's mother tells police that he received a disciplinary note from his teacher and he may be upset about it.

Cloud was seen wearing a light blue hooded coat, grey Pokemon shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers. He was also carrying a Spiderman book bag.
