WATCH: Drone Crashes Into Space Needle While Workers Set Up Fireworks
SEATTLE (CBS) -- A drone crashed into the side of Seattle's famous Space Needle and the whole incident was recorded by the unmanned aerial vehicle.
Workers were setting up fireworks on New Year's Eve when the drone crashed.
They were not hurt.
Security guards found the drone operator standing at the bottom of the Space Needle, holding the controller.
The FAA is looking into the incident.
