Funeral For New Jersey State Trooper Frankie Williams To Be Held Monday

TRENTON (CBS) -- Gov. Chris Christie has ordered all flags at state buildings to fly at half-staff on Monday in honor of New Jersey State Trooper Frankie Williams.

Williams will be laid to rest on Monday.

Hundreds Honor Late Trooper During Vigil

A viewing is scheduled at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City from 8 a.m. until noon.

The first two hours are for friends and family as the second two hours are for law enforcement.

Williams' funeral will begin at noon at Boardwalk Hall.

Friend Of Driver Killed In Wrong Way Crash That Killed NJ Trooper Sheds Light On Cause Of Accident

Hundreds gathered Thursday night for a candlelight vigil in Cumberland County to honor Williams.

The 31-year-old, who was on the force for less than a year, died Monday night when an erratic driver crossed a median, killing Williams and himself.
