3-Alarm Fire Damages 8 Homes In Allentown, 23 Displaced

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (CBS) – At least eight homes were damaged after a massive three-alarm blaze in Allentown on Thursday night.

Fire crews were called to the 400 block of N. Fulton Street around 8 p.m.

Chopper 3 was over the scene as crews battled the intense flames.

Officials say at one point every fire truck in the city was used to fight the fire that damaged eight homes.

The American Red Cross is providing assistance to more than 20 people displaced.

No one was injured in the blaze.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
