Officials Investigate After NJ Trooper Loses Control Of Patrol Car, Crashes

MILLVILLE, N.J., (CBS) — Authorities say a New Jersey State Trooper lost control of a patrol car and crashed in Millville, Cumberland County.

Chopper 3 was live over the scene along the 2400 block of Main Street. The patrol car suffered significant damage in the accident.

Investigators tell Eyewitness News that the trooper suffered minor injuries and that the patrol car was the only vehicle involved in the accident.

The cause is under investigation.
