Female Fatally Struck By Vehicle In Burlington County

MARLTON, NJ (CBS) — Authorities say a female is dead after being struck by a vehicle in Burlington County Monday morning.

Chopper 3 was over the scene of the accident on Route 70 westbound and NJ Route 73.

Officials say the victim was getting off a NJ Transit bus when she was fatally struck.

The driver remained on the scene, authorities say.

No word on the victim’s identity at this time.

The roadway has reopened.
