WATCH: Carson Wentz Hits Ryan Mathews For TD

Coming off of the bye week and traveling to Detroit to take on a 1-3 Lions team looked like a good situation for the Eagles coming into the day. However, on the Lions first two possessions of the day, the Eagles top ranked defense gave up long touchdown drives to put the team in a 14-0 hole.
After the offense was forced to punt on their first possession of the day, Carson Wentz and company found their rhythm. The rookie put together a nine-play, 75-yard drive that ended with this short touchdown pass to running back Ryan Mathews.
