PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- U.S. Congressman and civil rights icon John Lewis will be honored next month with the National Constitution Center's Liberty Medal.
Tickets for the Independence Mall ceremony go on sale for the general public on Wednesday.
Constitution Center members get first dibs at tickets Tuesday, but the general public can get them starting at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
The Constitution Center's Merissa Blum says those interested in attending can reserve tickets on the website, at constitutioncenter.org.
"The tickets to the ceremony are free, but guests are limited to two tickets per household," said Blum.
The ceremony is scheduled for September 19th at 7 p.m., rain or shine.
