Marvin Harrison Takes Jab At Eagles Fans During HOF Speech

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Marvin Harrison is a Philadelphia born Hall Of Fame NFL wide receiver.

Harrison, who played one of his four years at Syracuse University with former Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb, took a jab at Eagles fans during his Hall Of Fame speech on Saturday night while praising Indianapolis Colts fans.

"I'm from Philadelphia, the home of the Eagles," Harrison said. "If you get the coin toss wrong in Philadelphia, they want to trade you the first thing on Monday morning, so I wasn't used to that in Indianapolis."

On Monday's 94WIP Morning Show, Angelo Cataldi and many Eagles fans reacted to Harrison's comment.

"I was so angry," a caller named Shirley said. "Why ya'll taking shots at the fans? Why ya'll taking shots at us? Ya'll probably wish ya'll played here!"

"Screw you Marvin Harrison!" Cataldi said.
