Several Injured After Truck Crashes Into Hospital
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Emergency crews were on the scene on Friday night after officials say a truck crashed into Magee Rehabilitation Hospital.
The incident occurred on the 1500 block of Race Street around 8:12 p.m. Five people, including the driver, were transported to Hahnemann Hospital as a result of the crash.
Police say a 38-year-old woman crashed the vehicle into the sliding glass doors.
Officials say that four of the people taken to the hospital were in stable condition and one male is listed in serious condition.
Authorities have not yet announced what caused the crash to occur. No arrest was made.
