Among Philly's many seasonal pop-up bars, Independence Beer Garden is one of the largest and most popular. At 20,000-square-feet and just steps from the Liberty Bell, IBG pours 40 regional and domestic craft beers and has enough games to keep you there until last call.
Magic Mirrors
It's only natural that eclectic South Street is home to Philadelphia's Error! Hyperlink reference not valid. museum. Mosaic artist Isaiah Zagar's largest public installation is a glistening labyrinth of folk art, recycled bicycle wheels, bottles, broken mirrors, and handmade tiles.
Under the Stars
The Schuylkill Banks riverfront transforms into an outdoor movie theater for a movie series on Thursdays from June to August. Free screenings (free snacks and drinks, too!) begin at sundown by the grassy area near the Walnut Street Bridge.
Art Imitating Yoga
Practice sun salutations in the shadow of the Art Museum every Wednesday at 6 and 7 pm through August when Dhyana Yoga turns the Anne d'Harnoncourt Sculpture Garden into an open-air studio.
