Steph Curry Named First Ever Unanimous NBA MVP

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Fresh off his 40-point return, which included an NBA-record 17 overtime points, Stephen Curry was named as the 2016 NBA MVP on Tuesday.

Curry becomes the first-ever unanimous winner of the award. It is Curry's second straight MVP.

Kawhi Leonard finished second in the MVP voting, LeBron James third, Russell Westbrook fourth, and Kevin Durant fifth.
