Conwell-Egan High School On Lockdown After Anonymous Threat
FAIRLESS HILLS, Pa. (CBS) -- Conwell-Egan Catholic High School in Fairless Hills, Bucks County is currently in lockdown after a reported threat against the school.
Police in Bristol Township say they were notified by the FBI around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday regarding an anonymous threat.
The school was immediately locked down as a safety precaution and authorities began sweeps and searches of the campus.
The school has released a statement to parents and guardians about the incident on its Facebook page.
There is no immediate word on the nature of the threat.
