Police Arrest Teen Wanted For Triple-shooting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police have arrested a 19-year old who was wanted for a triple-shooting in the city's Fairhill section back in January that left 2-people dead.

Police say Ativa Jackson was taken into custody around 12:45 p.m. on Thursday at a home on Howland Street.

Jackson is now facing 2-counts of murder and related offenses for the deaths of 47-year old Richard DaVilla and 21-year old Raul Rodriguez, who were both shot to death on West Wishart Street on January 3rd.

A 17-year old man was also shot in the face, but survived.
