Cam Newton is the best player in the NFL now. Peyton Manning is an old man. This Super Bowl will be a snoozer.

I want the Broncos to win because it's Peyton Manning's last hurrah, but Carolina will be able to solve the Denver top-ranked defense.

Because the whole world is on Carolina.

Denver's defense is gonna get taken advantage of against the run and Peyton's inability to throw the ball down the field will hinder the Broncos.

The Panthers looked unbeatable in the NFC Championship game, but that might not be a good thing.

Since 1990, only two of six teams won their conference championship game by 20 or more points and went on to win the Super Bowl -- the 2014 Patriots and 1991 Redskins.

The 2006 Bears, 2005 Seahawks, 2003 Radiers and 2000 Giants all lost in the Super Bowl. And that doesn't include the 2003 Eagles, 1999 Titans, 1993 Bills, 1992 Bills 1990 Bills -- all of whom won their conference title games by 17-plus points before losing the Super Bowl.

Carolina has been the NFL's best team all year. I don't see it changing now. Sorry Peyton.

It's time to recognize what the 2015 Panthers are: one of the best teams the NFL has seen in a long time. 15-1 and a Lombardi Trophy will speak for itself after the formula of turnover-happy defense and Cam Newton's brilliance wins again.

The battle of the 'ton's' is won by Cam New-ton, as he beats Pey-ton Manning.

Carolina, but not expecting a romp. And I'm wearing Cam's pants as I make this prediction.
