Dennis Rodman Will Attend Wing Bowl 24

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Just when you thought Wing Bowl couldn't get any crazier, it did. This year's special guest symbolizes the event better than anyone ever before.

Dennis Rodman will be attending SportsRadio 94WIP's Wing Bowl 24, Angelo Cataldi and the 94WIP Morning Show announced on Thursday morning.

"Politically incorrect like the event itself," Cataldi said of Rodman. "I'm not sure we've ever had anybody that embodies the Wing Bowl the way we do right now."

Rodman will also be appearing at Sugarhouse Casino's official after party of Wing Bowl 24. Michael Barkann and Ike Reese will broadcast the 94WIP Mike & Ike Show live from Sugarhouse Casino from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Sugarhouse Casino will feature food and drink specials all day long. Also, provide your Wing Bowl 24 ticket to receive $50 in match play the day of Wing Bowl.

Rodman, 54, tops the all-time list of guests for the event's 24-year history. Rodman, a five-time NBA champion, is also a retired part-time professional wrestler and actor. He famously wore a wedding dress to promote his autobiography Bad As I Wanna Be and gained international attention for his friendly relationship with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in 2013.

Recently, other famous Wing Bowl attendees have included Snooki, wrestling star Mick Foley, actor Chazz Palminteri, ex-Eagles head coach Chip Kelly, Sixers head coach Brett Brown, porn star Ron Jeremy, boxer Bernard Hopkins, former Sixers president Pat Croce, Eagles Pro Bowl center Jason Kelce, and former Flyers goalie Bernie Parent.

Wing Bowl -- which was created in 1993 by 94WIP Morning Show co-host Al Morganti -- is part sport, part circus, and all entertainment. Rodman will fit the Wing Bowl party atmosphere, perfectly.
