The national average for a gallon of regular is at $2.00, the lowest for this time of year since 2009.

Some analysts expect the lower prices to linger into January.

In Pennsylvania, a gallon of regular will cost you $2.21.

In New Jersey, it's just $1.88, and in Delaware $1.97.
